We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. We ship using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service.

All items come packaged to the highest standard and we use eco packaging where possible.

Please note that all customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for paying any import duty or tax.

RETURNS

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. Please note our products are made to order and imperfections are characteristic. In the event that you receive a broken or wrong item in your order please get in touch with us immediately. Due to the handmade nature of our products each piece on the website may vary slightly in colour, texture and size. They are unique and one off art pieces. We are unable to accept returns for arbitrary reasons or variances in product photos displayed online. Please email info@aslceramics.com with any questions.
